Roof Systems We Self-Perform

TPO Single-Ply

Most common flat/low-slope commercial system. Heat-welded seams, reflective membrane. 15–25 year manufacturer warranty available.

EPDM (Rubber Roofing)

Proven flat-roof system with excellent cold-weather performance. Full adhered, mechanically attached, or ballasted. 20+ year service life.

Modified Bitumen

Two-ply asphalt system with high puncture resistance. Common on older commercial buildings and HOA complexes with light foot traffic.

Asphalt Shingle (Commercial)

For HOA townhomes and pitched roofs. Architectural and designer grades. CertainTeed, GAF, Owens Corning — manufacturer warranties available.

Metal Standing Seam

High-end standing seam for commercial buildings with design requirements or extreme weather exposure. 40+ year system life.

Roof Coatings & Restoration

Silicone or acrylic coatings to extend flat-roof life 10–15 years. Cost-effective alternative to full tear-off when substrate is sound.
