Process Transparency Is the Product.
Most roofing websites are designed to get you to fill out a form before you know anything about the company. We built HOA Roofing Pro to work the other way: show you everything first, earn the call.
Why We Publish the Whole Process
HOA boards and property managers are sophisticated buyers forced to deal with unsophisticated sales processes. Most roofing contractors give you a vague website, a salesperson, and a bid you can't really compare to anyone else's.
HOA Roofing Pro was built on a different premise: if we publish our entire process — every step, every deliverable, every timeline, who shows up — the boards that are a good fit for us will self-select. The ones that aren't won't waste anyone's time.
We call it process transparency. It means your board can read the 6-step process, the bid format, the contract template, and who we are before you give us your phone number. We think that's how a commercial relationship should start.
Who We Work With
HOA boards, condo associations, multifamily property managers, and commercial property owners in Minnesota, South Dakota, North Dakota, Wisconsin, and Iowa. We self-perform all work in those states with our own W-2 union crews.
In Montana and Georgia we work with a vetted partner network — independently owned commercial contractors who operate to the same process standards.
Who We Don't Work With
Single-family residential homeowners. That's a different market, different process, different crew economics. We refer residential inquiries to the right contractors.
When We Turn Down Projects
Regularly. If the system isn't one we self-perform well, the region is outside our coverage, or the timeline doesn't fit our crew schedule, we say so on the pre-site call and give you a specific referral. A pass beats a stretched job.
How HOA Roofing Pro Fits Into Sellers Roofing Company
HOA Roofing Pro was established as the dedicated HOA, condominium, and multifamily division of Sellers Roofing Company. Sellers Roofing Company was founded in 2017 by Ted Sellers, who brings over 17 years of roofing industry experience to the business. Sellers operates as a union-signatory commercial roofing contractor based in Saint Paul, Minnesota, holding MBE and MCUP certifications and serving as a Local 96 Roofers signatory.
HOA Roofing Pro applies that same crew, equipment, and certification stack to a single specialty: roofing work for community associations and multifamily property managers — with a documented six-stage process designed for boards and management companies.
